(CNN) — Police say additional charges are likely as they investigate a large, chaotic caught-on-video brawl at a riverfront dock in Montgomery, Alabama, on Saturday that has so far resulted in arrest warrants for three men.The incident began as a dispute over a dockside parking spot at Riverfront Park that led to the co-captain of a riverboat being attacked by a group that had parked their pontoon in the riverboat’s spot, Montgomery Police Chief Darryl J. On Wednesday morning, the announcement went on to inform the public that Shauntay Mitchell, 39, made statements to a family member that caused concern for her well-being. She has been missing since Tuesday evening. Officials said she stands at 5 feet, 4 inches, weighs approximately 140 pounds, has red shoulder-length dreads, and a tattoo on her right arm. Family members believe she may be suffering from a mental health crisis. CHULA VISTA, Calif. -- A hours-long SWAT standoff was initiated in a Chula Vista neighborhood Tuesday night, authorities confirmed.According to Chula Vista police, the standoff began around 5 p.m. after officers were dispatched to a condo complex on Regency Court to contact a wanted suspect. Sound grenades were deployed by law enforcement to try to coax the suspect out of the complex, before SWAT personnel attempted to enter the complex.The identity of the person has not been disclosed by law enforcement.
