NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Oklahoma and Oklahoma State will meet one last time as conference rivals in their “Bedlam” series on Saturday.No. 10 Oklahoma (7-1, 4-1 Big 12, No. 9 CFP) will leave the Big 12 for the Southeastern Conference after this season, ending the annual matchups in a series that began in 1904 — three years before Oklahoma became the 46th U.S. state.Oklahoma leads the series 91-19-7. But though Gundy has a 162-77 overall record, he is 3-15 against Oklahoma.“The problem he’s always got is Oklahoma,” Switzer said. “You know, Oklahoma’s is Oklahoma, and good players want to come here because more good things have happened here than there have in Stillwater. Kids want to be a part...

Published Sun, 23 Feb 2025 02:09:11 GMT

TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday pushed back against growing U.S. pressure for a “humanitarian pause” in the nearly month-old war to protect civilians and allow more aid into Gaza, insisting there would be no temporary cease-fire until the roughly 240 hostages held by Hamas are released.U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken made his third trip to Israel since the war began, reiterating American support for Israel’s campaign to crush Hamas after its brutal Oct. 7 attack in southern Israel. Overwhelmed hospitals say they are nearing collapse, with medicine and fuel running low under the Israeli siege. About 1.5 million people in Gaza, or...
