The judge in Peter Nygard’s sexual assault trial is urging the jury to keep deliberating after they asked how to proceed if they can’t reach a unanimous decision on one of the counts.The jury, which has been deliberating since late Wednesday afternoon, also asked the judge Friday evening to define a “significant” amount of time as it relates to unlawful confinement. Justice Robert Goldstein told them that, in this case, a significant period of time means it’s more than momentary and “appreciable,” with no minimum requirement. Board members from Hollywood’s actors union voted Friday to approve the deal with studios that ended their strike after nearly four months, with the union’s leadership touting the gains made in weeks of methodical negotiations. CHICAGO — Police say two men are dead and a third is badly injured after someone fired shots into a car on the city's South Side. According to Chicago police, the deadly shooting happened just before 4:30 p.m. in the 4400 block of West 81st Street in Ashburn. St. Paul’s Clutch Brewing Company announced on social media that it is going out of business at the end of the year.The brewer, which is one of the main tenants in the Keg & Case Market at the old Schmidt Brewery on West Seventh Street, said it’s had a wild five years in business and made the announcement with a “heavy heart.”“So many good times were had and providing a one-of-a-kind, safe, accepting, warm place to enjoy a delicious, locally-made beer has been an absolute honor for us.”The brewery noted that were many factors in the decision to close, but ultimately it was not “sustainable” to keep the brewery running.“Also, we still have plenty of beer to be consumed! FENTON, Mo. - St. Louis County Police are investigating a fatal road rage incident that happened Friday at Highway 141 just south of Gravois Bluffs. The suspect is in police custody.
