POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Germania of Poughkeepsie is presenting their annual Maifest. The festival, a springtime version of Oktoberfest, begins May 19. The event features live German bands and Bavarian performers, as well as authentic German food, baked desserts, and beer. Maifest is being held at the Germania Festival Grounds, located at 51 Old DeGarmo Road, Poughkeepsie, NY. The host, Germania of Poughkeepsie, is a nonprofit organization that has been committed to the education of German heritage and culture since 1850. ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A St. Louis County man is behind bars after he was recently accused of stalking his estranged wife and drunkenly crashing into her car. Prosecutors have charged Diing Kacgor, 43, with domestic assault, armed criminal action, DWI and stalking in the investigation. According to investigators from the Chesterfield Police Department, Kacgor became upset when his wife told him she wanted a divorce. Around May 13, he reportedly placed a tracking device on her vehicle and followed her, first to the Delmar Loop, then later to Chesterfield. ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A teenager faces felony charges in a triple shooting that happened in north St. Louis County earlier this month. Prosecutors have charged Emonne Dillon, 19, with first-degree murder, four counts of armed criminal action and several other gun-related offenses in the investigation. Police arrested Dillon on Thursday, nearly two weeks since the shooting. Two-Vehicle Collision Near Leveroni Road Kills 44-Year-Old El Verano WomanSONOMA VALLEY, CA (May 19, 2023) – Tuesday evening, a head-on collision on Arnold Drive claimed the life of Stacey Woienski.The fatal crash happened around 7:25 p.m., north of Leveroni Road in Sonoma Valley.According to the CHP, a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado pickup crossed into the oncoming lanes while traveling southbound.Consequently, the Chevrolet collided head-on with a Ford Ranger pickup going north.Responding emergency personnel said the Chevy pickup driver sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.
