Woman robbed and shot in Oakland OAKLAND — A woman was robbed and shot Tuesday afternoon in the Ivy Hill area, police said.The woman, who was wounded in the upper torso, was reported to be in critical condition.The shooting happened about 12:10 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Park Boulevard, near a mixture of residences and businesses.Police said initial reports were that the woman was robbed by two men before one of them shot her. It was not immediately known what was taken from her or why she was shot.The suspects fled before police got to the scene.
